Why it matters
Auckland's climate pushes grass and hedging growth hard from October through April, then slows right down over winter. A fixed-frequency contract that does not flex with the season either leaves you with overgrown edges in summer or wastes a visit in July. We adjust the cycle through the year so your grounds look the same in February as they do in June, without you having to renegotiate the contract twice a year.
How we run this service
Site walk and scope
We walk the site with your property or facilities manager, note access points, irrigation and any council or body corporate requirements, then agree a written scope.
Fixed schedule
You get a set visit day and frequency, usually weekly or fortnightly depending on growth rates and the season, so there is never any guesswork about when the crew is coming.
Consistent crew
The same lead gardener returns to your site each visit, which means they notice problems early, from a blocked drain to a dying hedge, before they become a bigger job.
Photo reporting
After each larger visit we send before and after photos, so you have a record for your own reporting without having to walk the site yourself.
Common questions
Yes. Most of our grounds work happens early morning or mid-week to stay clear of peak foot traffic, and we will agree specific no-go windows for malls, schools and medical centres before the contract starts.
