We inspect the site, flag any access or height work requirements, and confirm what each cleaning stream (carpet, windows, floors) actually needs on your site.
Written scope and pricing
You receive one scope document covering every cleaning stream you want, with pricing broken down by service so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Scheduled delivery
Each cleaning stream runs on its own appropriate cycle. Carpets do not need the same frequency as window cleaning, so we do not force them onto one blanket schedule.
Quality checks
A site lead signs off each visit against the scope and logs any issue, from a stained panel to a locked plant room, so nothing falls through the cracks between visits.

Yes. Many clients start with carpet cleaning or window cleaning and bring floor care or building washing in once they see how the contract runs. There is no minimum bundle.
