Why it matters

How we run this service
Floor assessment
We identify the flooring type, current finish and problem areas like gouges or heavy scuffing, which determines the strip method and the number of polish coats needed.
Strip and neutralise
Old finish is fully stripped back to bare floor with commercial stripping solution, then rinsed and neutralised so the new sealant bonds properly rather than sitting on residue.
Build the finish
Multiple thin coats of polish are applied and allowed to cure between layers, building durability rather than relying on one thick coat that chips and scuffs quickly.
Burnish and inspect
The final coat is high-speed burnished for shine and slip resistance, then inspected under normal lighting conditions to confirm an even finish across the whole floor.
