Health and Safety

Safety that holds up to a facilities manager's own audit

Property and facilities managers answer for the contractors on their site. Here is what we actually do, not a page of badges, so you can check it against your own site requirements before we start.

A documented health and safety plan

Our health and safety practices are built around the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, covering hazard identification, incident reporting and ongoing review, not a one page policy filed away and forgotten.

Site specific inductions

Before a crew works on a new site, they are inducted on that site's own hazards, access rules, emergency procedures and any client specific requirements, not a generic company induction alone.

PPE and equipment standards

Crews are supplied with the PPE and commercial grade equipment each task calls for, from height safety gear for window cleaning to the correct extraction equipment for carpet care.

Insurance

We carry public liability insurance appropriate to commercial and industrial site work. Certificate details are available on request for any contract.

Prequalification and compliance paperwork

Many Auckland property managers require contractors to hold a current prequalification such as SiteWise or to complete their own compliance checklist before starting on site. If your site has its own health and safety onboarding, send it through when you request a quote and we will complete it as part of the scoping process.

Tell us what your building or induction process needs and we will confirm we can meet it before we quote.
